1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses, or uses the 777puh platform and services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 777puh Website, creating an Account, or using any 777puh Services, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms apply to all users of the 777puh platform, including without limitation users who are browsers, Players, vendors, and contributors of content.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account and use 777puh Services. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. 777puh reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds.

This age requirement aligns with Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) responsible gaming guidelines and Philippine laws governing online gaming activities.

3.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

You confirm that online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction of residence. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, national, and international laws applicable to your use of 777puh Services. 777puh does not warrant that the Services are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.

If you access 777puh from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with 777puh. Creating multiple Accounts, using false identities, or allowing others to use your Account is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

777puh employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify multiple Accounts. If we discover that you have opened more than one Account, all Accounts will be immediately suspended or closed, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited, and deposits may be returned at our sole discretion minus any administrative fees.

3.4 Registration Information

During Account registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name (as it appears on government-issued identification), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and active Philippine mobile number.

You agree to update your registration information promptly if any changes occur. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

3.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes). You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow others to access your Account.

You agree to notify 777puh immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. 777puh shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

4. Deposits and Account Funding

4.1 Deposit Methods

777puh accepts deposits via various payment methods specifically tailored for Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and others), and cryptocurrency (USDT and other supported tokens). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Most deposits are processed instantly and credited to your Account balance within seconds. Bank transfers may require up to 24 hours for processing depending on the issuing bank. 777puh is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your 777puh Account are derived from legitimate sources and do not originate from criminal activity, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal conduct. 777puh reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and funds being held pending investigation.

4.4 Currency

The primary currency for 777puh Services is Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PHP at prevailing exchange rates, and conversion fees may apply as determined by the payment processor.

4.5 Deposit Limits

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts. Once a deposit limit is set, it cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours. Deposit limits can be decreased at any time and take effect immediately.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals can be made to the same payment methods used for deposits, including GCash, PayMaya, Philippine bank accounts, and cryptocurrency wallets. 777puh reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to prevent fraud and comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

777puh strives to process withdrawals within 30 minutes for e-wallets (GCash, PayMaya) and cryptocurrency. Bank transfers may require 1-3 business days depending on the receiving bank. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds may require additional verification and extended processing time.

5.3 Verification Requirements

Before processing your first withdrawal, 777puh requires identity verification including a clear photo of your government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, or Philippine national ID) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months). This is a standard industry practice to prevent fraud and comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply depending on your VIP tier and payment method. These limits are displayed in your Account dashboard. 777puh reserves the right to split large withdrawals into multiple installments paid over consecutive days or weeks.

5.5 Wagering Requirements

Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x) before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Attempting to withdraw funds without meeting wagering requirements may result in Account suspension.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and rewards provided by 777puh are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum bet limits. These terms are displayed on the promotion page and must be reviewed before claiming any bonus.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ranging from 20x to 50x the bonus amount before withdrawal. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires ₱30,000 in total bets before the bonus and any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Players found to be abusing bonuses or promotions through fraudulent activity, collusion, use of multiple Accounts, or irregular betting patterns will have all bonuses and winnings forfeited and their Accounts permanently closed. 777puh's decision regarding bonus abuse is final.

6.4 Promotional Changes

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using the 777puh Services if you are under 21 years of age;
• Creating multiple Accounts or allowing others to use your Account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location or circumvent geo-restrictions;
• Engaging in collusion, cheating, or any form of fraudulent activity;
• Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to place bets or manipulate games;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for personal gain;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Players or 777puh staff;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the 777puh platform;
• Using the Services for commercial purposes or reselling access to others.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action.

8. Responsible Gaming

777puh is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We encourage all Players to gamble responsibly and within their means.

8.1 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they may have a gambling problem can request self-exclusion from the 777puh platform for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, your Account will be blocked, and you will not be able to deposit, wager, or access promotional offers.

8.2 Deposit Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control their spending. Limits can be decreased immediately but increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777puh Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game software, audio clips, and video clips, is the property of 777puh or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the 777puh Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Website without prior written permission from 777puh.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 777puh, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

777puh shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account, technical malfunctions, server downtime, payment processing delays, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the 777puh Services is to stop using the platform and close your Account.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of 777puh Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine law. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English.

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact 777puh Customer Support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may proceed to arbitration.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, for any legal proceedings arising from these Terms or your use of the Services.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
